The coffee lovers consummate beer. Brewed with an abundance of flaked oats, bitter and imported chocolates and two types of coffee, this stout has an intense fresh-roasted java nose topped with a frothy, cinnamon-colored head that goes forever.

Disclaimer: Ive never been much of a coffee fan, and that has some influence on my opinion of this beer. 12oz. bottle poured into pint glass. Black color with basically no head. It looks like oil as its pouring out of the bottle. There is a distinct, aroma of coffee and chocolate. The taste is also very much coffee. The feel is very smooth, almost velvety. This is coffee and beer form, which makes the name incredibly appropriate. Personally, I dont care for it, but I dont care for coffee. For coffee lovers, this is probably a fantastic beer.

UPDATED: MAR 27, 2017 Bottle 355ml. Black with beige, large head. Chocolate and coffee in aroma with roasty note behind. Coffee with medium to high, roasty, long in time bitterness. Light body like for ris, even a bit watery, a bit sweet with ashy, very long aftertaste, not so nice. Beer is ok but after Kentucky Breakfast I expected much more.

12 oz bottle pours dark black with a big tan head. Aroma is coffee and cocoa. Taste is complex, coffee and chocolate remind me of a mocha latte. Chewy mouth feel. bittersweet finish. Great stout!

Czarne i oleiste. Pięknie budująca sie piana. Intensywny aromat ziarnistej kawy i mlecznej czekolady. Delikatny, gładki o mocnym nasyceniu Ris. Niecovsciągajacy na finiszu. Delikatnie palony.

UPDATED: MAR 18, 2017 Bottled 9/9/16: Little to no Head, aroma chocolate coffee mildly detected. First taste very happy nice clean flavors of chocolate and coffee. Mouth feel perfect, just the right amount of carbonation and very silky in the mouth. This stout is very well-balanced and enjoyable. Not too sweet not to bitter easy to drink. If youre going to drink this for breakfast, limit to two. Nice relaxing body feel from just the right amount of alcohol. If you love coffee and chocolate this is your beer. Well done thank you founders.

Black with awesome tan head. Aroma: coffee, coffee, chocolate, caramel and vanilla. Full to medium body, medium sweetness, medium bitterness. Taste: chocolate and coffee, not much of sweetness, short, bitter finish, alcohol hidden. Lots of coffee, but overall nice balanced.

Coffee, oatmeal, chocolate in nose. Pours very dark brown with tan head, poor retention. Taste is medium sweet to medium dry with coffee, oatmeal flakes, chocolate, spices. Medium bitter finish with some booze, average body, soft carbo. Overall very nice. It really reminds chocolate oatmeal flakes taken with coffee early morning.

A strong smell of chocolate and malt, some coffee. The small fizzy beige head disappears fast, the body is black. A taste of malt, coffee and chocolate, nice balanced with a soft sour touch. The body is medium strong, dry and creamy with a soft carbonation.
