COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Selected as a benchmark for the Beer Judge Certification Program used in all American based beer judgings. Centennial IPA has quickly become the IPA of choice. Pour yourself a pint of this complex flavorful ale and bask in the frothy head’s floral bouquet. Relish the immense citrus accents, achieved by the abundance of dry hopping. This ale’s sweet, malty undertones balance the hop character with a finish that never turns too bitter.

Hazy orange color with foamy off-white head. Aroma of fruits and caramel. Taste is medium bitter with notes of caramel and citrus. Higher abv makes this even more enjoyable. Very good.

Complex, malty benchmark IPA. Amber in colour this beer satisfies first the nose, then the pallet!! Exciting IPA that showcases the incredible love, care and skill Founders Brewing Company pours into their beers!!

As much malt as hops. Appearance is medium brown with some transparency. Nice lacing.

medium body, soft carbonation, long finish, bitter, long . This is for ipa lovers. Long and bitter after taste. And yet a malty beer as well. Perfect balance. Not foamy at all, but normal for an ipa. The color is beautiful shoving malt generosity!

Clear orange, amber almost with hardly any head. Gentle aroma of hop, fruits like grapefruit and oranges. The malts shine through very nicely and give away a roasted smell. Caramel and honey. Taste is balanced sweet and bitter with a hint of sour in the aftertaste. Made me a happy man today.
