COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Selected as a benchmark for the Beer Judge Certification Program used in all American based beer judgings. Centennial IPA has quickly become the IPA of choice. Pour yourself a pint of this complex flavorful ale and bask in the frothy head’s floral bouquet. Relish the immense citrus accents, achieved by the abundance of dry hopping. This ale’s sweet, malty undertones balance the hop character with a finish that never turns too bitter.

pours a cloudy brownish orange with a nice white head that laces nicely. Nose and taste are of a nice blend of sweet floral and citric hops. The malt profile is a bit weak but present.

Bottle. Pour is deep almost clear copper with a smallish white head. Aroma is thick toffee malt, clan pine hops, and a light citrus note. Flavor is also loaded with pine hop and clean caramel malt with hints of resinous hops. Tasty.

On draft at buffalo wild wings in Philly. Has a slight aroma of hops, and has a nice flavor of hops, but is not overly bitter. Not the best, but pretty good.

12oz bottle from Pick’s poured into a shaker. Pours a cloudy orange with a half finger of off-white head. Aroma of citrus and pine. Taste is lightly bitter and lightly sweet. Taste of citrus and biscuit. Medium bodied with a creamy texture. Lively carbonation and a long bitter finish. Overall, very good. Something I really plan to drink again.

Bottle 33 cl @ Brew Warf. Pours clear orange amber with a large off white head leaving nice lacing. Aroma is well hopped, caramel, malty, citric, and bready. Flavor is quite sweet, caramel, citric, bready and a bit yeasty. Finishes longlived bitter sweet.

Aroma - Light hops, not much aroma Appearance - Clear Amber, lots of head Taste - typical IPA; not crazy hoppy bitter, but standard (less than a Sierra Nevada for example) Palate - Finished pretty well for being a little bitter overall. Overall - Not a bad IPA, not a great one. Nothing remarkable, good or bad.

Bottle thanks to Roonai. Pours a clear golden orange with a light tan head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of pine hops with a bit of grapefruit and some sweet grains and caramel backing. Flavor starts with a bit of grapefruit but has a growing note of pine with some resin and some sweet bread backing.

UPDATED: AUG 20, 2012 pours a dark gold/copper color with some see through quality. very aromatic nose with lots of citrus tones, hops, lemons and a floral quality to the nose as well. Certainly showing the hops but its not overpowering at all. Very tasty medium/full feel with mostly hoppy and citrus tones. This IPA saved the night for me. Exactly what I was looking for and a real good example of an IPA.
