COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Selected as a benchmark for the Beer Judge Certification Program used in all American based beer judgings. Centennial IPA has quickly become the IPA of choice. Pour yourself a pint of this complex flavorful ale and bask in the frothy head’s floral bouquet. Relish the immense citrus accents, achieved by the abundance of dry hopping. This ale’s sweet, malty undertones balance the hop character with a finish that never turns too bitter.

UPDATED: MAR 18, 2010 Bottled ay Monk’s Café Wallingatan, Stockholm. Hazy amber, brief head. Peachy soapy hop aroma,. Sweet and compact with clean mouthfeel. The peachy, soapy hops together with overt sweetness and clean, somewhat syrupy malt forms an immense bitterness that gets slight inky edges. While it contains loads of pleasnt flavours it’s too sweet and unbalanced to live up to my high expectations on this brewer.

Hazy amber beer. Soft white head. Semi soft and semi dry palate. Very moderate carbonation. Immediate fresh grapefruit, a little bit metallic, not too bitter. A brief sweet orange note near the finish. Subtle caramel malt base. Pretty drinkable IPA is nothing out of the ordinary.
