COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Selected as a benchmark for the Beer Judge Certification Program used in all American based beer judgings. Centennial IPA has quickly become the IPA of choice. Pour yourself a pint of this complex flavorful ale and bask in the frothy head’s floral bouquet. Relish the immense citrus accents, achieved by the abundance of dry hopping. This ale’s sweet, malty undertones balance the hop character with a finish that never turns too bitter.

Bottle poured into pint glass. Orange-ish amber color with thin off-white head. Strong scents of citrus, especially grapefruit. Sharp taste of citrus and balanced hops with a smooth, bitter aftertaste. Light, crisp feel. Very enjoyable IPA.

Goryczka ziołowa, całkiem solidna, trochę nawet wchodząca w klimaty pasty do zębów.

Bottle from Prohibition Wines. Amber colour with an off-white head. Malty aroma and a taste of grapefruit, pine resin and marmalade. Good balance between sweetness and bitterness. Long aftertaste. A very good IPA.

Can, pours clear golden to light amber with high but fast falling white head. Aroma is very floral with hints of pine, cutrus fruits, resin and hay. In taste high but not to long lasting bitterness meets some light sweetness. Good balanced, Very good IPA but without a wow effect.

Bottle. Clear amber beer with frothy off-white head. Aroma of resin, pine, light citrus and peach, with notes of caramel and biscuit. Taste is light sweet and medium+ bitter, resin, pine, light citrus, light caramel, tea. Long, tobacco bitter finish. Medium body and carbonation. Good IPA.

Don’t know why but I was expecting a bit more new school. Clean profile, generous malting and hops but a slight old-fashioned structure with low carbonation and a mildly funky finish. Hides the 7.2% very well although certainly doesn’t lack for flavour weight. Whatever – absolutely hit the spot after a day of trekking around Madrid on foot.

Little aroma, excellent lacing, has significant haze i assume from dry hopping, fairly smooth up front and finishes with a some what lingering medium bitterness. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Beautiful Amber color. Great slightly bitter hops that are perfectly balanced with even greater malts.
