Selected as a benchmark for the Beer Judge Certification Program used in all American based beer judgings. Centennial IPA has quickly become the IPA of choice. Pour yourself a pint of this complex flavorful ale and bask in the frothy head’s floral bouquet. Relish the immense citrus accents, achieved by the abundance of dry hopping. This ale’s sweet, malty undertones balance the hop character with a finish that never turns too bitter.

Orange amber colour, foamy white head and aroma is fruity mango & peach . Taste is malt caramel with tropical fruits, grapefruit citrus, floral notes and a pine resin bitterness. Slightly oily mouth feel, medium bodied, medium carbonation, dry bitter finish

Dark brown with a beige head on pouring. Caramel and apricot with a black pepper aftertaste. Not as hoppy as I'd hoped, but is very easy drinking!

12-ounce can pours mostly clear orange-amber with small creamy off-white head and lacing. Aroma: floral, citrus, caramel. Flavor: malt-forward (caramel, brown sugar) with dried apricots, candied blood oranges, black pepper and pine resins. Mouthfeel: medium-bodied.

355 ml bottle. Pours with a hazy, dark amber color and a nice off-white head. Nose is overripe fruits, slightly decaying, citric hops and resinious aroma. Taste is fruity and sweet with a nice bitter finish. Good one!

Mahagoni with medium light brown head. Aroma is intense forest, resin, dark honey, grapes, distant velvety notes. Taste is full bodied resinous malt, rather harsh and chewy. Some light sour fresh hoppy accents though (melisse?). Heavy but still drinkable. Maybe still a bit too much for me.

Nice caramel color and some citrus on the nose. Tastes include malt and citrus hops. Some grapefruit bitterness on the finish, but well-balanced to make a refreshing and easy-to-drink beer.

Piana dość gruba, obfita, nietrwała. Kolor bursztynowy, klarowny. W zapachu rozczarowanie - trochę cytrusów i żywicy w połączeniu z karmelem i miodem, do tego lekka gotowana kukurydza. Smak adekwatny, półsłodki, słodowy, z lekkim DMSem i niedużą, grejpfrutowo żywiczną goryczką. Średnie wysycenie, ciężkie i rozgrzewające w odczuciu.
No ewidentnie piwo jest utlenione w nieprzyjemny sposób, do tego DMS i bardziej słodowe, karmelkowe podejście jak w East Coast IPA.

Rami Rami is drinking a Centennial IPA by Founders Brewing Co. at Konstruktorska Business Center Sie utlenilo sie jakims cudem w tej puszce (best by 06.04.2018) a do tego ma niefajna, nieco apteczna goryczke dluga. Owocowosci malo. Ok--
Rami Rami: Wyszlo takie miodowo-krzaczasto-lekkotropikalno-karmelowe (kolejnosc nieprzypadkowa).
Rami Rami: w ogole podejrzany ten kolor, taka slaba herbata...

Can. Medium light caramel with a thin froth. Scent is medium dense notes of licorice and caramel. Vanilla. Plums. Taste is very intense notes from cask. Wood. Resin. Very dry. A bit of bubblegum properties. The hops here are relaxed and early. Excellent.

12 oz can pour is dark gold with frothy off white head aroma and taste is sweet malts with grass and light citrus light pine on finish

StoneBeardCo (2) - Lindenhurst, New York, USA - SEP 29, 2017 does not count
Poured bottle into glass then drank. Founders never seems to fail me. This high alcohol beer has a great hoppy, bitter taste that reminds you what the IPA is all about. A nice amber color. I prefer this one over their All Day IPA.
