Unclear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, light hoppy, orange, moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. 
12 fl oz bottle. Pours hazy brown with a fully gone head. Mild spiced and hoppy aroma. Sweet caramel malty flavoured with a light bitterness coming through. Mild caramel note. Bottle. Pours a hazy amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity spicy malty aroma with some hoppy hints and some weak hints of dark fruit. Sweetish malty spicy dark fruit flavor with some weak hints of hops. Has a sweetish malty hoppy finish with some spicy hints in the aftertaste.

Cloudy amber - brown beer. Residual off white head. Light palate, a little dry and a little soft. Smooth rich malt with toffee and mild caramel. Trace of Port wine and of dried fruits. Creamy malt and aniseed in the finish. Nice!

Bottled at Monk’s Café Wallingatan, Stockholm. Brownish amber, almost no head. Thick caramel covered in a wealth of wood. Mid-sweet with full body and cottony soft mouthfeel. Warming and flavourful with caramel, spun sugae, oak and vanilla. Light salty finish. Well balanced, mellow and malty.
