, from WineSpot, Cleveland, USA. Medium/strong aroma of sweet malts and mango in smooth style. Also a hint of butter cookies. Small/medium artificial white head and semi-hazy liquid. Strong taste of sweet malts and sweet fruits like mango. Very smooth and balanced. Wide/medium taste spectrum and long sweet hoppy and malty aftertaste. Medium/strong body with medium/light carbonation. A schoolbook like high quality US DIPA where the malty (cookie like) character is nicely emphasized.
Golden color with a good formation of a white head with good duration. Aroma has notes of resin hops, herbal notes and tropical fruit. Flavor with notes of grapefruit, some mango and some citrus hints, sure..., very fruity with an awesome bitterness. Bittery final with fruity notes. Very enjoyable beer... Dorado limpio y espuma blanca que pronto queda en un anillo. Aromas florales, pomelo, menta y maltas. Cuerpo medio, inicio maltoso breve, sabor de pomelo y menta con final de amargor intenso algo alcohólico. GlennHendry (453) - OSHAWA, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 19, 2015
Loads of pine on the nose. More pine, big grapefruit, some tropical fruit and a powerful blast of roasted malts on the tongue. Great beer but be wary of this one... Majek (860) - Ząbki, POLAND - OCT 19, 2015
Hazy, orange colour with big, stable head nice lacing too. Quite intensive aroma of fruits (grapefruit, mango) and solid malty background. Taste is over medium sweet, medium bitter with medium long bitter finish. Soft carbonation. Medium to full body. Really good stuff.

Pours a fairly clear golden with a medium head which dissipates and laces......aroma of bread, sweet malt, old shoes......taste is booze going right up my nose, heavy malt backbone, very thick mouthfeel, tailing off into sweet bitterness. motelpogo (7704) - Plzen, CZECH REPUBLIC - OCT 1, 2015
on tap at flying saucer in houston, about 2/3 of through my session there. surprisingly pale shade of golden as seems to be the direction imperial ipas are taking; aroma with loads of white grape, musk and wooden floorboards, reminded me of mosel riesling with some chalkiness; no alcohol showing whatsoever, hints of lychee, cake dough, big whack of bitterness with a clean finish suggesting menthol; very classy stuff indeed Gluepot (639) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 22, 2015
Double Trouble lives up to its name. On the maltier end of the spectrum for IIPAs, featuring roasted malts, a range of fruity hops, a touch of sweetness and an endearing richness. A real treasure. SteveOrz85 (249) - Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 20, 2015
Poured from 12 oz bottle to pint glass. One finger white head. Gone quickly leaving some lacing. Aroma is hoppy with grassy notes. Apearance is a gold hazy color. Taste is medium bitter and very hoppy with grassy notes in adittion to some tropical citrus notes. Medium carbonation. Good clean finish. Good solid enjoyable IPA. G_Ram9 (93) - - SEP 18, 2015
Bottled. This is a killer IPA. Big hops in all places but not overpowering and with a nice crisp finish. Definitely a brew that I will buy again.
