A: Floral, hint of malt. Subtle citrus. Smooth. 2013: Huge citrus note. Not as much floral this time but still there. Huge honey note. Sweet.
A: Slight haze in a medium golden color. A bit on a lighter side. 2013: Same.
T: Certainly not a light beer. Good balance of hops, citrus, and malt. And when I mean good balance I mean great balance. 2013: Same. Definately a little malt a little citrus and a little hops. Amazing balance.
P: A bit of lingering bitterness is offputting but smooth on the palate with a pretty solid finish. 2013: Same
Overall the first couple bottle of this I had I enjoyed very much but thought nothing of it... But this time, bottle number three, I realize that for what this beer is, itís pretty amazing. Itís nothing big or epic but what you have here is the best showing of what a pale ale can be. Good hops, good balance and nothing offputting about it. Somewhere between easy drinking and a big something to talk about ale. Simply a great beer.

An okay IPA. Quite a bit of citrus, orange hoppiness. Pours gold and has a potent aroma. UXO (1896) - CANADA - MAY 17, 2017
Appearance: clear pale gold with one finger of creamy off-white head, good retention and moderate lacing. (4/5) Aroma: citrus, biscuity malt, tropical fruit, mild resin, slight vegetal. (6/10) Taste: moderate sweet, moderate-high bitter. (6/10) Palate: medium body tending slightly thin, moderate carbonation, off-dry lingering bitter finish. (3/5)
A bit on the old side, but Iím not convinced thatís the issue here - itís coming across as a bit thin, and a bit sharp. Not one of my favourite offerings by this brewer, and certainly not as good as e.g. their Centennial. (13/20)

Bottle from Maekchu. Thanks a lot. Nose is grapefuit, biscuit malt, crackers, lemon, and a bit of pineapple. Cloudy golden orange with a low, rocky head. Sweet, malty, esters, citrus. Lots of orange. Good balance. Crisp. jinroh (1524) - ESTONIA - APR 9, 2017
Yellow-orange pour. Looks thin with just a few bubbles. Nice sweet tropical fruit hop nose. Bit oxidised, with beeswax and honey notes. Taste is bitter, clean slightly resinous. Linger is dry and greenish bitter.

Medium full body. Slightly sweet hops have dropped lots of honeydew and grapefruit. Not bad but not special. BeerdedDave (1662) - Beckley, USA - MAR 26, 2017

Bottle at home (bottled on 10/03/16). Pours light hazy golden amber with a white head. Aroma of piny resiny floral hops, citrus and sweet malts. Taste is over moderate bitter, light sweet, long resiny bitter aftertaste. Nice. Would love to try this fresh. swesson (440) - Highlands Ranch, Colorado, USA - JAN 14, 2017
From a bottle. Pours a dark gold and makes a frothy white head. Aroma is of fresh resins piney hops and a strong citrus character. Tastes of fresh, fresh, cut hops. The wet hopping really works on this ale.
