COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Mosaic Promise showcases two unique ingredients: Mosaic hops and Golden Promise malt. The versatility of the hop’s pleasing aroma and flavor characteristics and the traditional barley’s depth of flavor comprise this clean, rich, golden beer. We can brew complex beers with the best of them, but we recognize that there is also beauty in simplicity.

10/2/14. 12oz bottle thanks to mikem409. Basically clear golden pour with a nice enough khaki head that fades. Huge tropical fruit aroma... wow, I could just dive right in and swim around. Sweet fruits, tropical, very juicy, maybe even reminds me of juicy fruit in a way. Awesome flavor, hardly any malt popping through, and tons of juicy, fruity hops with just enough bitterness to balance it out. A lingering doughy sense of the malts. Nice.

Draft. Poured a clear light copper color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate to heavy tropical citrus, floral and earthy malt aroma. Medium to abundant body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy complex bittersweet flavor with a medium to heavy complex bittersweet finish of moderate to long duration. My high expectations where exceeded.

12 oz bottle from a sixpack via Binny’s (Naperville, IL). Pours a nice hazy golden amber hue, nice bubbly life, a bit dulled into the middle with decent haziness, frothy whitish head atop stays as a decent ring, laces ok in that form. Aromas throw juicy tropical fruit, kiwi and citrus slants. A bit of guava, earthy bitter florals, citrus rind. Mellow bready malts, grass and more florals. Nice, pretty potent and fresh with that telltale Mosaic rich juicy fruit element. Initial is lighter end of the fold, middling bitterness, touches of passionfruit, kiwi and tropical wafts. Bready malts and crisp, a bit cereal. Middle is bitter and juicy, nice guava and citrus bitterness. Tropical fruit wafts, faint bubblegum into the backend, juicy fruit, cool smoothed out tropical fruit, mango and passionfruit, bitter florals. Some decent bitterness, gentle jab of pizza spice, pineapple and firmer fruit melange at times. Pretty nice stuff, very drinkable/crushable with great flavors, balance, nice bitterness and a richer, trendy juicy fruit life. Overall, this is pretty solid stuff. The trendy hops offer life without overwhelming. Really on point. Glad I bought a couple sixers.

12oz bottle in a tulip. Pours hazy golden/amber with a white head. Aroma of fruity and citrusy and floral hops, some pale malts, and some dough. Flavor the same with a nice hoppiness. Average texture. A cool beer.

6 pack from Cardinal Liquors Niles. Clear golden light amber with large frothy white head. Fruity and juicy. Grapefruit and Blueberry. Rind. wet finish. Pleasant flavors of pine, grapefruit, and blueberries. Hoppy but not overly bitter. Not super complex but delicious and thirst quenching. Super drinkable.

Picked up a 6 pack at Binnys in Orland, IL. Poured in standard pint. Golden, semi-clear pour with little head. Good carb, hop aroma. Nice bitterness. Another good beer by Founders. Cheers! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

This one pours a somewhat pale golden color with a bright white head. Decent lacing. A big quenching hopped aroma. Full of citrus. Perfect carbonation. A very nice bitterness upfront and on the tongue. Full of flavor and citrus on the flavor. Extra blueberry mixed in with the hops. Really good stuff. Almost reminds me of Shorts Hopstache with the hop feel. None the less a great drinkable IPA. Good stuff.
