COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Mosaic Promise showcases two unique ingredients: Mosaic hops and Golden Promise malt. The versatility of the hop’s pleasing aroma and flavor characteristics and the traditional barley’s depth of flavor comprise this clean, rich, golden beer. We can brew complex beers with the best of them, but we recognize that there is also beauty in simplicity.

Really, really good beer. Pale, dry, wonderful bitter hops with the right amount of alcohol. Great beer!

Bottle - crickey, get me a bucketful - smashed this well balanced hop bomb - not the most complex IPA but a bloody excellent drink - keep it coming to Western Australia by the truckload.

Hopped out to where you are bored with all the IPAs out there? This beer is for you. The mosaic is a promise, a promise of aggressive, yet delightful earthy bitterness and aroma.

Completely outstanding IPA from Founders! I couldn’t stop drinking these on draft at the Craft Ale House in Limerick. The beer poured a light gold color with sticky and lacing white head. There were a ton of abrasive, prickly, dry and citrusy hops all over this beer. The flavors were delicious with an incredibly smooth body. I tasted all hops, with just enough malt to balance the beer. I tasted dry and an almost offensive amount of hops, which sounds bad but is incredibly great! There was plenty of grapefruit, orange, pine, a hint of leather and a really spicy finish.

One of the best IPA/APA options out there. Clean and crisp, not bitter, no recoil.
