COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Mosaic Promise showcases two unique ingredients: Mosaic hops and Golden Promise malt. The versatility of the hop’s pleasing aroma and flavor characteristics and the traditional barley’s depth of flavor comprise this clean, rich, golden beer. We can brew complex beers with the best of them, but we recognize that there is also beauty in simplicity.

ThreeCats (1025) - ISRAEL - SEP 24, 2016
Clear golden with a nice spritzy white head. Aroma grassy, floral, and citrusy. Taste has firm bitterness with citrus and grassy notes. A little too bitter to be truely easy drinking (for me anyway) but good beer

LLaurin (550) - Motala, SWEDEN - OCT 20, 2016
Pours with small head and a rich Mosaic nose. Taste gives a little of bitterness and some hoppy fruitiness but not so heavy. Palate is rather thin and short. Good nose but weak body.

Bottle poured a hazy gold with a small lingering ivory head. Aromas of bread, fruitiness and citrus. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a smooth dry finish. Flavors of bread, dankness, earthiness and light fruitiness with a smooth dry lingering bitter finish.

6-pack from LCBO. Don't normally do the whole 6 pack thang but its Founders & I need a decent middle of the road beer to help wash the other beers down. This is not bad at all. Maybe not as fresh as it could be but we get big bitter bass notes underneath a canopy of mosaic hop goodness. Again, it seems a little bruised & old compared to local single hop IPAs but it does the job.

Mpuntmuts (371) - NETHERLANDS - NOV 29, 2017
Pilsner yellow clear pour with a nice sized white head. Pilsner malts and fruity hops for aroma. Also wet dog, sweaty socks and musty yeasty smell in there. Over medium bitter and soft sweetness. Thin to medium bodied. lovely bitter ale.

17Beer (469) - Connecticut, USA - DEC 20, 2017
12oz bottle. Beautiful grapefruit smells. Pours a pretty hot net gold. A big white rocky head is pretty persistent. Lots of fine lacing. Tastes of fruit and pine with a loooong finish. Very good IPA.

Metalchopz (3711) - Cantley, Quebec, CANADA - DEC 22, 2017
A slight hazed by the super tiny particles through it, with a golden colour with frothy white cap, nicely lasting with lots of dirty-soapy lacing. The Mosaic hops are in the nose right away with the notes of coriander with mild sourness and grassiness. The taste is quite milder with some nice average dryness. Light bitterness. Not a bad single hopped Mosaic ale.
