12oz bottle. Pours a hazy yellow gold with a big white head, decent retention. Nice lacing. Aromas are mainly citrus and hops. Flavors of citrus, hops, and a nice malt backbone. Palate is nice and smooth, easy drinker here. JohnQPublic (387) - Brooklyn, New York, USA - DEC 8, 2008
UPDATED: FEB 1, 2009 Bottle. Pours a hazy pale copper, with a big, rocky off-white head. Nose is citrusy, oranges with bit of grainy malt in there also. Hint of astringency. Taste pretty fantastic up front - sweet citrus melds with a dry, biscuity malt character and just a bit of resiny pine, before a really chalky, aspirin-like medicinal quality moves in. Not altogether unpleasant, but it does detract from an initially delicious beer. Palate is medium-light bodied, with a light but full carbonation. Not too crisp, really well done. Overall a pretty good beer - look and feel is spot on, nice aroma, but the big aspirin presence could use some work. theisti (4205) - Kansas, USA - DEC 7, 2008
12 oz bottle courtesy of Suttree. Pour is cloudy yellow, golden, ornage with a nice thick 1 1/2 inch white head. Falls slowly revealing nice lacing. Aroma of fresh resin hops and grainy maltiness. A bit of citrus fruit sweetness in the background. Taste is bitterness of the resin and citrus initially, fading into watery graininess and a some astringency towards the end. This one started nice, but finish was a bit bland. This one had a nice drinkable palate, and certainly would be a good session choice. Thanks for this one Phil. nqualls (1452) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - NOV 30, 2008
Bottle. Poured a clear gold color with a three finger white head. Aroma of floral and pine hops. Flavor was well balanced with a citrus finish. Good beer.

TN tasting at maniac’s. Pours a clearish light amber with some floaties and thin white head. Great orange citrus hop aroma. Flavor is a letdown, dry and bitter floral with a ’rotten vegetable’ edge. Maybe an old bottle? GMUcrew7 (577) - Mason, Ohio, USA - NOV 27, 2008
Pours slightly cloudy deep golden color with a couple of fingers of off white head. Nice balanced malt with floral and pine hop aromas. Sweet yet subtle malt, with the right amount of lightly peppery citrus hops. Nice and crisp, leaves a little bit of lacing behind. Overall a nice APA. Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a hazy dark amber color with a huge yellow-white head that lingered and produced good lacing. The aroma was dry, malty and had solid grapefruity and floral hop notes. The flavor was dryish, tangy and malty with a dry fruity and lightly piney hop presence and a long dryish finish. The beer felt rather overcarbonated. Decent. That1Guy (2237) - Colorado, USA - NOV 19, 2008
Crushed with Jakebra. Fuckin dis-fuckin-a-fuckin-point-fuckin-ed. About as mild as pale ales get. Es posible I’ve just been spoiled by Founder’s’s awesomeness. Sparky (2244) - Phoenix, Arizona, USA - NOV 17, 2008
120z bottle courtesy of JCB. Pours a hazy gold with a 2 finger chunky head and nice lacing. Nose is malt and light earthy hops. Taste is much the same with some citrus in the finish. Lighter mouth feel. Decent brew – thanks Jason!
