A hazy red beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is caramelic and very hoppy. The flavor is sweet with lots of caramel, and also quite a lot of hops giving it notes of grass, but it also contains notes of cowberries, and it has a dry end. joergen (28148) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - NOV 12, 2007

Pale amber color with a fluffy white head that settles quickly to leave decent lacing.
Aroma is of freshly baked pumpernickel bread.
Flavor has a broad combination of light brwon spices with a background of yeast and pine.
A nice example of the style, rye flavors really shine through. madmitch76 (24807) - , Essex, ENGLAND - NOV 11, 2009

Very hazy red-amber beer. Decent creamy tan head. Airy palate, semi crisp and semi dry. Bitterish orange marmalade but also with a little sweet orange and subtle pine. Spicy rye malt cream. Semi dry finish and a bitterish aftertaste. Nicely joined up and hugely quaffable.
