COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Pours a spectacular crimson red with a creamy tan head. Brewed with four varieties of Belgian caramel malts imparting a sweet richness. Reds Rye is impressively balanced with its hop bitterness and floral bouquet achieved from the dry hop. In the finish, the generous amount of malted rye used accentuates a spicy crisp finish.

Bottled - winter seasonal. On tap - year-round.

Poured from a bottle into a pint glass at Big Mike's in downtown Brevard, North Carolina. Great aroma, from the two inch head. Nice Piney, citrus grapefruit and bitter taste. I loved it. I will definitely be drinking this again way to go founders. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft at Jís. Pours a clear amber with a finger of foam that lingers. Not much nose on this one, maybe some faint berry, malt notes...touch of strawberry. Clean and crisp, light bread notes, some rye in there. Light, peppery finish. Simple but rock solid.
