12 oz can poured. Trying to remember how many ratings of Founders I complained that they hadn’t shown up in Seattle yet. Pretty cool to swing by the local on the way home and pick up cans of mixed Founders for 2 bucks a piece. I’m sure I’ll get used to it. A clean ruby pour with a patchy, lasting fizz head. Sweet red raspberry aroma that’s also slightly floral. Flavor is raspberry juice. Slightly tart, more so sweet. A little syrupy. Cool and refreshing. Doesn’t get a whole lot more raspberry than this offering. Overall a very unique beer. I will choose to complain about there being too much fruit in a fruit beer. Good thing I love raspberries. I like it. adamnowek (2644) - Brussels, BELGIUM - DEC 26, 2016
Bright and slightly hazy pink. Huge creamy head. Smells like liquefied sugar. Outrageously sweet. SebBrews (171) - Bucharest, ROMANIA - DEC 21, 2016
Red-rubiny with non-dense small head that recedes quickly. Smells like raspberry syrup. Taste is sweet fizzy radpberry syrup on a malty base. Lacks body. Medium carbonation. Leaves a sticky sweet aftertaste. Not a fan of the style in general, but this is not a good representation in any case. mrjez (612) - Osaka, JAPAN - DEC 20, 2016
Can from Taniguchi. Pours a lovely clear ruby red with a light pink head. Big raspberry aroma, mostly jammy but a touch syrupy and sweet. Good spritzy start with the malt presenting midway, bringing a full sweet raspberry jam feel that lingers on the palate. Nice stuff, it keeps the sweetness in check with a hopped tart finish. I couldn’t go more than a can though. GoufCustom (1979) - HONG KONG - DEC 18, 2016

355 ml bottle bought at Ocen One in Kam Tin, Yuen Long.
Transluclent redish brown colour; Half finger head and soapy white foam which lasted for 20 seconds; Good sticky lacing with near zero carbonation; Quite fragrant aroma of malt, with strawberry jam, raspberry, sugar and light grass; Close to light sweet taste of light malt, with fair raspberry, light fruity sourness, light floral, very light fructose, biscuits, light lemon and very light bitter hops and grass; Light body. Watery palate; Mouth feel is fair maltyness in a thin background. Notable natural raspberries throughout with low sweetness. Low hop presence with light floral and pretty light lemon. Dry biscuit ending. Quite nice... Hoppiness is light grass in nose. Light floral, light lemon and grass in taste. Bitterness is light for an abrupt, low astringent fruity finish; Quite dry after taste. Easy and slightly bitter to mouth.
Comments: This is pretty much like the Brussel Fruit Beer series with substantial fruit presence for pretty natural taste. Light maltyness and low sweetness means for easy drinking and certainly geared for summer refreshment. Decent already, but a touch more malt and hops would be better.
It’s a candy beer. It’s so strong on the fruit with very little hop profile or any other beer characteristic, other than some bitterness at the end. I’d rather they just make it into a cider honestly. ston3s42 (234) - - DEC 7, 2016
Quite red appearance with little head. Tastes of raspberry, Christmas soda, and some lime. Light body, low carbonation and a finish of raspberry. Raspberry digitalviking (99) - - DEC 6, 2016
Not terrible, but buying a four pack was a mistake -- raspberries mixed with a soggy malt taste just doesn’t do it for me. I would like this beer more if it had more tart character. BeerMuse10 (54) - SPAIN - DEC 4, 2016
Conservada en casa un año. No esperaba nada.
Aroma intenso a frutos rojos. Dulzor equilibrado con cierta acidez y un final seco. Me hubiese agradado más acidez pero aún así me ha gustado.
