(Bottle). Murky brown-red complexion with pink head and lacing. Light aroma of raspberries and malt. The flavor is nicely tart of fresh raspberry puree. Not overly sweet or cloying. Preferable to many Belgian lambics. Very well done. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone phaleslu (10895) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - NOV 15, 2013
12 oz. bottle. Pours a clear, deep ruby color with a small off-white head. The aroma has sweet raspberry, wheat, and cereal; like a lot of berry fruit beers. The flavor has a cleaner raspberry character, fresh, sweet and tart. Also seems like there are some cranberries and blackberries, too. Light-medium bodied, with moderate carbonation and a juicy, coating mouthfeel. Good fruit beer. MaroonOrange (137) - - NOV 13, 2013
On tap. Dark murky red color. Loads of raspberries. Sweet, but not overwhelmingly so, and with a touch of tart. Decent amount of carbonation lends to a very crisp finish. stoutnick (843) - Brisbane, AUSTRALIA - NOV 13, 2013
Light raspberry colour. Aroma is the same with a mild tanginess. Taste is very sweet fruit flavour. Very drinkable, but not complex. Bit sickly sweet. Very sessional. dunn4040 (131) - Georgia, USA - NOV 12, 2013
Pours a beautiful opaque maroon color, with a very thin head that fades into a white film on the top of the beer. Aroma is fresh, mashed raspberries, and a light malty fragrance. Taste is exactly what you’d expect from the aroma. Strong raspberry flavors, red grape, and plum. Mouth feel is light with nice carbonation. Very refreshing and enjoyable fruit ale.

Founders tap takeover at Dan's. The pour is a beautiful ruby. Solid red throughout. The pale head fades down to a film quickly and laces alternate amount. The aroma is packed with raspberries. A little malt comes through underneath, but fruit dominates. The flavor is the same. Very sweet, a little hint that it's an actual ale, but the fruit comes through in the dominant fashion. I love this beer

Bought in Brazil, poured on a snifter glass. Thin, yet creamy head, with strong hints of fruit, yeast and a little tart. On palate, is quite light, sparkling and little acid aftertaste reminding of a belgian lambic. Quite refreshing and light bodied, perfect for a warm summer day. firstsip (752) - Michigan, USA - NOV 4, 2013
Love this beer from bottle or tap. Dark ruby color. Tart raspberry flavor on end of sip, with mild hop presencece at front. dfinney23 (3424) - Houston, Texas, USA - NOV 3, 2013
Huge raspberry aroma. Flavor is pretty much all raspberry, a bit too sweet for my taste. magsinva (1493) - Virginia, USA - NOV 2, 2013
Bottle from TWM Sterling - pours clear ruby. This one reminds me of a weak lambic and I really can’t get past that image in the week that has pasted since I tried this one. It’s ok, if your not used to heavier sours or lambics.
