4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
UPDATED: JUN 8, 2014 12 oz. bottle poured into a shaker. Appearance is a gorgeous dark ruby. There is a very thin red-tinted white head which dissipates quickly. The aroma is very sweet raspberries with a hint of malt. The taste is very similar to the aroma, sweet raspberries and light malt. It reminds me of sparkling juice. This is a very non-traditional beer and is much sweeter and fruitier than I’m used to. However, I absolutely love it. Founders has found a great balance between raspberries and malt.
Bottle - pours red with a pink head. Aroma is big sweet raspberry. Taste is mix of raspberry and malt not as sweet as the aroma. beer_inspector (5) - - JUL 20, 2017 does not count
Very tasty. Hides the beer a bit. Easy to drink a lot-fast. Nice red color. Would be great in the summer as a daytime beer/drink.

Bottle. It poured a Ruby red color with a big pinkish head. Strong raspberry aroma. It is sweet with a hint of tartness on the tongue. Almost lambic like but not as effervescent.

33cl bottle. Pours dark red with small pink head. Starts with a malts and quickly goes on to raspberries with a sweet and sour finish. Goes down easy.

On Nitro. Vibrant pink color with light pink head. Nitro really makes it smooth tasting and finishing. Incredible raspberry flavor that isn't too sweet.

Bottle. Beautiful rasberry red color, rasberry aroma. Fruity flavor that follows the aroma, wheat toast in the slightly tart finish. Medium-full body, medium carbonation. Nice! I'd like to try it with goat cheese. adamnase (681) - Kronoby, FINLAND - JUN 30, 2017
Bottle from Alko. Pours dark red with a thin white-pink head, really small head. Aroma has raspberries along with some tart notes, lingonberries. Sweet berries, raspberry and cherries in flavor, slight tartness in the dry finish. Still no fan of fruit beers, but this goes down. lots of berries! fantti (1017) - FINLAND - JUN 29, 2017
Pullo @ Alko.
Pours with very thin lace. Color is clear, slightly lingonberry juice like red. Faint aroma has malt and raspberry, some hoppiness. But again, the aroma is quite faint. Palate is dryish, but there’s some oiliness. Similar to palate in carbonated juices. Taste has raspberry juice, some sourness, some fermented berry, some ale maltiness in the body, some weak hops on the edges. Quite forest-like aroma. I don’t consider this to be something to enjoy in a pub, but having this on a forest trip would be awesome. A very authentic presentation that does not taste artificial, but very real and forest-like. One of the best all-around fruit beers I’ve had.
