Pretty solid porter. Good malty one. Cocoa and burnt coffee notes. Creamy texture and a slightly milky taste too. Had this as part of a flight at Fountain Square brewer in Indianapolis. Ferris (16274) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - SEP 19, 2014
Draft - Clear maroon with a decent beige head. Roast malts and chocolate nose. Roast malts and chocolate with a long bitter finish. ben4321 (6669) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - AUG 2, 2014

Aroma: The aroma is a mix of sweet caramel/toffee, coffee, and roasted malts
Appearance: It pours a muddy brown color with a thin head and quite minimal lace
Flavor: In the flavor the coffee comes out more, while the sweetness mutes a bit compared to the nose
Palate: It has a light-medium body with a smooth, clean feel, soft carbonation, and a roasted finish
At first I thought this one was going to lean sweet, but the flavor is actually much drier than you’d expect from the nose. It gets a hint watery though, unfortunately, but it is still a pretty solid beer.
An average brew from fountain square. In general not impressed by their brews. Much better options exist. This doesn’t taste like a porter however. drfabulous (8474) - Lexington, Kentucky, USA - MAR 26, 2014
12 ounce bottle. Thin body evident in pour and taste. Thin head that quickly fades. Upfront coffee taste. But I wish this beer had more body.

Bottle. Poured a clear dark brown color with an average frothy tan head that mostly lasted and produced good lacing. Moderate roasted dark malt aroma. Medium to full body with a smooth texture and flat carbonation. Medium to heavy toasted sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate to long duration. This is the good brew. patrick767 (4095) - fort wayne, Indiana, USA - JAN 28, 2014
tap at the brewpub on Sep 1, 2013 - Pours up a medium amber color. It’s a light color for a porter. The aroma is led by roasted malt and includes some coffee. It tastes of dark roast malt with mild coffee notes. It’s light bodied with a moderately bitter finish. It’s alright though I’d like to see more body and flavor intensity in a porter. Growler courtesy of StFun, thanks man! Dark brown pour with just a tiny bit of off-white head. Nice roasty aromas of coffee and chocolate. Flavor is similar. Fairly light mouthfeel which makes it easy to drink. A good example of the style. DrSilverworm (9671) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - OCT 22, 2013
12oz bottle. Clear red brown color. Minimal off-white head. Little reaches and dots of lace. Good chocolate aroma, coffee. Light bitter, moderate sweet. Smooth crisp lighter carbonation, lightly dry finish. Lighter to medium body. Slightly thin body, but it’s refreshing and easy drinking, aroma is very enjoyable. b3shine (9072) - Indiana, USA - OCT 11, 2013
Bottle to pint. Looks solid; a semi-transparent amberish brown with thin light beige head that quickly dissipates into lacing. Smells of dark malt with notes of chocolate and roasted coffee. Tastes like it smells with a nice, smooth mouthfeel. Not too complex, but decent nonetheless.
