12oz bottle from notes. Pours a clear reddish brown color with a small off white head. Good chocolate aroma, coffee. Light bitter, moderate sweet. Smooth crisp lighter carbonation, lightly dry finish. Lighter to medium body. Slightly thin body, but it’s refreshing and easy drinking, aroma is very enjoyable. From sampler flight at the brewery on March 26, 2016. Dark amber/brown color, nice firm coffee nose, nice flavor of roasted malt and coffee. Not the biggest porter you’ll ever encounter but pretty good. hopscotch (11175) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - FEB 28, 2016
Bottle... Pours hazy and dark brown with a huge, creamy, lightly tanned head. Fantastic retention. The aroma features chocolate crème with light notes of espresso and caramel. Medium-bodied with zippy carbonation. The flavor is toasty, roasty and well-balanced. Nice, lingering, mocha finish.
