3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap at MacNiven’s in Indy, this is a fairly standard, European style pils. Nice hop character and decent flavor, but not really a top of the line offering. Still, worth a tasting and a good beer to go with some tasty eats.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
bottle @ Keg Liquors / Clarksville IN --- Aroma of malt and straw. Clear medium-light amber color, smooth white head that stays at 1", wide bands of lace. Taste is sweet and bitter malt that flops through medium fizz to a finish that grows more and more bitter as it lingers. A fair Pils, but not one of the better examples.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
From sampler flight at the brewery on March 26, 2016. Clear pale yellow hue, aroma mostly sweet but with some hop, grass and earthy notes, somewhat creamy texture, moderate well balanced bittersweet flavor. Refreshing brew.

355ml bottle. Pale gold pour. Not the greatest in US pilsners but not terrbile, crips but grainy.

0.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 2/20
This draft brew from a restaurant poured a extremely small sized head of foamy white colored bubbles that were nearly fully diminished and left behind a very softly carbonated transparent yellow colored body and a good lacing. The aroma was almost non-existant. The horrible mouthfeel was weakly tingly at the start mediumly tingly at the finish with a horrid yucky aftertaste. The horrible flavor contained notes of cloves and astringency and not likeable at all. A drain pour. Too bad Hotstuff gave me hers too. A decent one that I would consider buying again.

2 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottle to glass, clear and golden in color, rapidly diminishing fizzy white head. Not much in aroma, straw and light malt. Taste and mouth feel both thin, more malt came out as it warmed, with a light bitter finish that lasted.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
A classic Bohemian Pilsner. A fresh floral nose that get’s our mouth watering. It’s a little cloudy for a pilsner, but the taste is classic. A sweet toasty front and a fresh floral finish. REFRESHING and a well done pilsner

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle... Pours clear and yellow with a small, wispy, short-lived, white head. I’m getting nothing in the way of an aroma here, so It’s certainly not unpleasant. Light to medium-bodied with energetic carbonation. The flavor offers spicy, peppery bitterness flanked by grainy, biscuity sweetness. Trends a touch bitter overall with a crisp, snappy finish. Does a great job of accompanying an assortment of mild to sharp to funky cheeses, but pilsners aren’t really my thing. This one is what I consider "average" for a style with which I like to wash down food, but dislike overall.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Backlog rating on 9-08-2012 at Mad Anthony Brewing Company Oktobeerfest (Fort Wayne, IN). This draft beer has a large white head that mostly diminishes, pale yellow transparent body, very little carbonation observed, and an ample amount of lacing adorns my glass. The aroma is sweet malt and grassy hops. The flavor is sweet malt, grassy hops and this beer has a semi-dry finish. The mouthfeel is smooth and creamy. This beer is medium bodied and is very quaffable. It is not too hoppy tasting that it could be a session beer.
