trailer. Black body with lasting tan foam. Black licorice, dark chocolate, green hop aromas. Light smooth mouthfeel. Semi sweet chocolate, dry black malt, pine sap, black licorice flavors----good.
Dark pour, just a hint of brown on the edges when held to the light, tan head. Nose is chalk and a dusting of coco. Bittersweet. Middle is lightly burnt grain with a mild citrus hop jam. Finish is mildly bitter. Definitely sessionable. dyetube (1378) - Hurst, Texas, USA - MAR 15, 2015
Cab from The Pub in McKinney. Pours black with a large tan head. The aromas are cold coffee, chocolate, dark fruit. The mouthfeel is watery and roasty with a medium body and good carbonation. Cheers! dlihcsnatas (779) - Temple, Texas, USA - JAN 1, 2015
Black with decent tan head that held on. Aroma of chocolate and toast. Taste is chocolate with some smoke and roasted malts. Pretty decent porter, and I was not expecting this after my first experiance with Four Corners. Had thier IPA and it was awful but this porter makes up for it so Four Corners is no longer on my "s___y brewery" list. Think I have one or two more of their brews to try so hope the rest are like this one. ttutony (941) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 29, 2014
Dark brown with a tan head. Slightly fruity toasted malt aroma, really nice. Great balance and finish. Great beer.

This is a really solid porter style beer. It was well balanced. It was not too sweet, not too roasted/burnt. I liked it. BelgianBeerGal (4155) - Panama City, Florida, USA - NOV 25, 2014
Scardello can with the wide mouth opening. Overall a nice porter. Notes of coffee and chocolate in the stops and taste. Pleasant enough. ZacM612 (799) - San Antonio, Texas, USA - NOV 25, 2014
Dark brown, thin tan head. Roasted coffee aroma with some chocolate. Flavor is similar. Finish similar to dark roasted coffee.

Nice to see more porters springing up in Texas and a bonus when they’re this good. Nice balance of bitter and sweet chocolate over coffee and caramel. onceblind (10527) - Denver, Colorado, USA - OCT 18, 2014
Deep dark brown with a generous beige foamy head. Earthy roasty and slightly metallic nose with a good cocoa and coffee aroma. Roasty flavor with earthy coffee and a little bittersweet chocolate with a very slight metallic tone at the finish.
