On tap at The Common Table. The beer pours a red color with a white head. The aroma is very heavy on the toffee and biscuit malt, with a hint of grass from the hops. The flavor is very similar. I get a lot of red malt and toffee malt. There is also some biscuit malt, grass and earth thrown in with a low amount of bitterness. Thin mouthfeel and medium carbonation. On tap at the brewery.
Deep clear red with a tan head. Nose of caramel, toffee, and some earthy hops. Very balanced flavors - creamy and easy drinking. legion242 (2348) - Richardson, Texas, USA - NOV 21, 2012
Though a somewhat pedestrian style to start off with, these guys pulled it off. Poured apleasing red with minimal head. Very nice malt backbone. mar (5456) - Dallas, Texas, USA - NOV 20, 2012
Amber pour with a white head. Nose is hops, citrus and light toffee. Easy palate, crisp citrus hops, followed by light bitterness, earth, and florals. thirdeye11 (6162) - Dallas, Texas, USA - NOV 19, 2012
(Draught) clearish red, creamy tan head. Nose of earthy hops, honey and greens, a bit vegetal. Taste of cream, earthy hops, a bit too bitter, and in an odd, hard to describe way. Creamy palate finish. Decent for the style.

A very solid Amber/Red, whatever you want to call it. Super super easy drinker that is spicy and hoppy w/ a good malty backbone. Nice start out of the gate for these guys! I look forward to trying others from them. It’s nice to see a new brewery just doing good beer and not anything big just to get attention.
