Can. Hazy amber. Frothy off-white head. Aroma of banana, toast, and musty yeast. Sweet, a bit cloying, and yeasty. Medium bodied and fizzy.

12oz can. Clear dark golden with lasting white foam. Honey, rye bread, herbal, saison yeast aromas. Medium bodied. Dry rye spicy, bready, spicy yeast, lightly sweet malt flavors---tangy finish___good.

Deep golden, slight haze, with a little white head. Aroma and spices and a hint of banana. Smooth, a little sweet, not tart at all. Not bad.

really nice honey gold color; taste had honey in it; less of a saison than advertised; slight spice and yeast funk. interesting brew; will drink again.

Rec’d this from a friend who got it in a beer club shipment. He didn’t care for it and gave me the rest. As with several beers from this club a number of them have cardamom which doesn’t sit well with my digestion. I ended up mixing it with an IPA so I could finish it.

12oz can 11/28/15 (Spec’s Wine-Addison)-Pours golden with a small white head. Aroma of earthy, wheat, and yeast. Taste of the same with some funk and spice. This light bodied brew is not bad but I was expecting more.

onceblind (10342) - Denver, Colorado, USA - NOV 14, 2015
Clear gold with no head. Lots of bready malt and loads of honey on the nose. Crisp bready and honey-mead on the flavor, a touch of citrus, a bit of funky saison yeast.

Love the cans from these guys. Clear golden in color with a thick, creamy head. Aroma was very earthy, grainy, cardboard. Sharp on the tongue, not especially complex but very drinkable considering the ABV. Pretty sweet on the finish, bready, bubblegum, lingering.
