Characterized by its crisp flavor and cloudy appearance, this true American-Style Wheat Beer is brewed with 40 percent wheat and a touch of rye malt to produce a refreshingly distinctive flavor. Aroma hops, fruity esters and a thick, creamy head top off this classic brew.

Pours a hazy golden with small head. Aroma of toasted malt. Vegetable. Hint of German hop. Mild to moderate butter not sweet. Moderate carbonation with medium finish. Tastes more like a Pilsner than a wheat. Disappointing

Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass. Bought from "Whole Foods" in Marietta, GA This is a clear yellow brew with a small white head. It has a strong wheat aroma and it is matched in the flavor department. It is not a bad example of a wheat beer.

bottle @ Party Town / Florence KY --- Hazy dirty straw color with a good rocky white head, stripes and bands of lace. Mild malt and wheat opens things, adding rye in the palate before an assertive bittering arrives on the swallow. The bittering is assertive, but somehow avoids overwhelming the malt. Both sides move evenly through a medium finish. An easy session beer, with enough activity to be enjoyable through a long evening.

"The best Four In Hand brew, not that that says a ton, but more enjoyable than the IPA or Winter. I think it would have been pretty standard, even bland, if not for the rye, which complemented the yeast and wheaty flavors and aroma, which were a bit on the light side."

Bottle. Pours as youd expect, super bright yellow but hazy, thin head. Just a little sweet, almost lemonade aroma. This drinks with a very light character in every regard ... fizzy and light on the tongue, light in body, and just a hint of gristy wheatiness with a tinge of lemony fruit. Technically proficient, made for a narrow market. (#5720, 9/7/2014)

Poured from bottle. Faint malt, hop, citrus aroma. Cloudy gold with lacing. I taste wheat, lager hops, lemon. Crisp, refreshing feel. Not bad.

Tallahassee, Fl - Whole Foods - 12 oz bottle. Pours a hazy medium golden with a sticky snow white head that leaves a nice film of lacing. Aroma is slightly sour, some vinegar accents, a touch of bubble gum. Flavor is pretty bland with a slight sour twang, some slight bubble gum sweetness, a bit of an odd peppermint like candy essence. Mouthfeel is starchy and artificial. Not impressed.

Pours golden with a thin wispy head. Notes of pale malt, wheat, chewy, sweet bread.
