COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our collaboration ale that we brewed with 9 other local AZ brewers has been tapped! Named Up ’N’ Runnin’, it is an Arizona summer ale that carries some hoppiness, but is light in alcohol, so it’s a good session beer. It also has a spicy character from the addition of pink peppercorns! Available on tap and in growlers at Four Peaks now!

pint at the brewery. Pours a lovely orange with a uneven frothy head. Aroma of grains and a bit of spice (probably from the pink peppercorns). Very smooth from sip one: light caramel and just a touch of spicy bitterness before sweet light biscuit. Perfect palate from a mild; very easy-drinking. I normally don’t care for milds, but this is a pleasant surprise.

Tap at Trophies. Pours a clear gold color with a fluffy white head. Nice light hops and caramel in the nose and a hint of a vegetal note. Flavor is sweet up front and finishes with a welcomed bitter kick.

I just picked up a growler from Four Peaks. This brew was a big collaboration with the involvement of several up and coming brewers in Arizona. Copper orange pour, white head. Earthy and hoppy with some bitter notes and a little fruitiness. Very drinkable and enjoyable.
