Refrigerated 12 oz. aluminum can poured into a snifter. Aroma is light herbal hops, medium body, medium/low carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is herbal hops and bitter.

Can from VE. Pour clear golden with average carbonation and a lacing, sudsy bright white head. Taste medium-strong bitter, heavily mineral -- way heavy -- with a substantial wheat component and some of that is grainy. Medium body somewhat malty and foamy, carrying a bit too much sweetness for my liking, coriander? Lemon peel / lemony citrus from the hops, subtle earth and green-fresh hoppy notes up top; yeast is clean Belgian. Slight tartness. One of the few that really manages to blur style lines. Def the Belgium yeast is making a difference with this one. As others have stated. Uniquely interesting.

Some interesting Belgian yeast notes hint at some spice and pepper. Pours a slightly hazy amber with just a trace of head. There’s a touch of sweetness, and black pepper to start with, the hops provide some earthy and floral notes, with a dry bitter finish. Light bodied, and good on a summer day.

12oz can that poured a yellow color with large white fluffy head. Aroma and flavor are strange. I get a mild malt base with some lemon zest and some mild hops. The flavor is more of the same but with some weirdness in the flavor that made it hard to drink. Sorry guys not a fan of this one.

From a can. Pours amber with a thin white head. Aromas of sweet grapefruit and pine. Flavors are grapefruit, herbs and pine needles. Dry, crisp floral finish. Not bad.

Can. Pours hazy amber orange, large off-white head, creamy and slow to dissipate, nice lacing. Aroma is Belgian yeast, peppery, hay, citrus, orange peel. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter. Light plus body. Interesting.

12 oz can poured into pint. Great citrus and yeasty aroma. Nice little head that dissipates quickly. Tastes very yeasty with slight citrus and bitter finish. Decent IPA.

Can from Castaneda. Nose is banana and must and hop. Mouthfeel is bitter and medium body. Notes of weak malt and citrus rind hiding in there. Not terrible but wouldn't go out of my way.

12 ounce can poured into a brandy snifter. Pours a somewhat hazed copper with a thin, white head of foam. The aroma has dry, estery notes of spices and I’m getting a little bit of tropical fruit in there as well. Some musty banana, too. Taste is grassy and sweet. Low bitterness. Medium body and high carbonation.
