Aroma is yeasty and peppery, with some mango, tropical fruits. Nicely sweet and fruity flavour, saison yeast, pepper. Nice stuff.

Can (473 ml) at home, split 2-ways. Thanks to Damon for this one! Unclear yellow with a frothy white head, good retention, leaving some lacing. Aroma is really tropical fruits forward with Saison yeast pepperiness, coconut notes and some herbalness. Taste is yeasty and peppery with tropical fruits, chewy cereals, grassy notes and mild bitterness. Medium body. High carbonation. Fluffy-ish mouthfeel. Tropical finish with some lingering herbal bitterness. That’s a unique product that comes together pretty well. As the label states, a "Tropical saison w/ coconut" is a pretty accurate description of this beer. Tasty stuff.

@ Cascade Room. Hazy blonde. Thin head. Nose quite yeasty, light apricotty mango esters. Bitter, has a yeasty character. Dry finish, maybe a touch of phenol but nothing serious.

Fresh and crisp. At first taste I get a lot of black pepper, cereal and some tropical flavors. Smell more coconut than I taste, as others have commented on. Nice clean refreshing brew.

on Tap. Pours a clear gold with full head. Aromas of sulphur, rubber, and sweetened citrus. Flavor so spicy tropical fruit and bitter citrus. Cant really get any coconut.

Can. Light yellow with frothy white head. Aroma is tropical fruit, peach, and melon, very juicy. Taste is tropical fruit, grass, with a bitter clean finish. I don’t get coconut or rice but this is really quenching and delicious.

UPDATED: SEP 19, 2016 Thanks to Jamie for this nicely looking can from two of Canada’s best brewers! It pours a slightly unclear golden with a small white head that leaves intense lacing on the glass. Nose is of intense pepper, pine over a mildly fruity background. Feels really fresh, too. Taste is moderately (medium-high in fact) bitter with some rice indeed and cereals. More bold black pepper and some nice fruity hops. Body is light, carbonation moderate. Really easy drinking and nice like I expected. A bit intense on the pepper perhaps and could use just a little more body but overall this is a really nice saison! I’d crush that one again and again!

P.S. Got a good whiff of coconut now, it is not in your face but it is there!

Draught at Brassneck, Vancouver
Cloudy blond color, pale, with compact head. Nice spicy aroma, nice crisp body, with mild yeast spices, and reasonable bitterness.
Rice, I’m not sure. Coconut, missing.

500mL can, pours a cloudy pale golden yellow with a medium white head. Aroma brings out tropical fruits, lots of Belgian yeast and only a touch of coconut sweetness. Flavour is very spicy, with lots of spicy Belgian yeast, a bit of pepper, and light tropical fruits. Not getting any of the coconut or rice in the flavour. Very solid saison.
