Beautiful dry-hopped. Not overtly sour, balanced and crisp. Nice for a fall day and a great offering from this brewery.

October 23, 2015 - Volo Cask Days, Session #1 - gravity cask. First beer of the Fest! Very cloudy pale yellow-gold with a large frothy off-white head. Oooh - lemon-sour aroma, even some vinegar - acidic, pungent with some background hoppy bitterness. Taste - whoo! - lemon and wood - quite buggy and dry - hopped enough to shine through all that sourness, amazingly - couldn’t even guess at ABV based on the taste. Sticky, acidic, lightly carbonated mouthfeel - finishes dry and acidic with emerging bitterness ---- great one to start with - a 4! MartinT (10037) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - JUN 25, 2017
My Bottom Line:omhper (25563) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - JUN 12, 2017
This really juicy brew shares pineapple, grapefruit and passionfruit with just enough tartness to balance out every touch of sugar.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A healthy head of foam covers the hazy blond.
-Hop flavors are bright throughout.
-Drinkability is high.
-Tartness levels are moderate enough to not overtake the beauteous hops.
Bottles. Thx Josh and Sunshine!
Bottled, thanks Oakes! Cloudy golden, rich firm head. Tart apricot aroma with grass and citrus. Tart with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Juicy apricots and mango, lemon juice. Fairly low bitterness. Nice!

650ml bottle. No date... Pours hazy pale yellow with small white head. Nose earthy and tart. Mineral. Malty with light lactic notes. Taste tart with tropical fruits. Mineral and earthy. Finish mineral and tart. Very subtle dry hops. Maybe it’s an old bottle... Can’t say, no date. Pretty nice stuff. Better with the yeast... End of the bottle is better. This draft was a bargain at happy hour prices. If I would have been able to travel with a growler Id definitely have taken one home. If there are other breweries in the area they were certainly overshadowed by Four Winds and their world class experiences.
Aroma / Appearance - The light golden body sparkles with a delicate touch. The flat presence sits idly though it packs a punch of tartness, lemons, citrus, and vinegary notes. Clean and effective, it does everything right.
Flavor / Palate - Mild lemons tickle the palate in a way that resembles a gose minus the saltiness. The dry finish blossoms as it touches the tongue. The well balanced experience invites sip after sip. If I ever make it back to the area this will be on my list of beers to revisit.
Very nice sour, perfect body & malt bill. Slightly hoppy, but not bitter. Medium-high sourness. Bottle in office.

Thanks DC for this. Light orange body white head some soapy lacing. Tart aroma, some nuttiness, roast nuts, funk, lactose. Taste is fairly sour, vinous, white wine, lactose, yeast, some dryness from the hops. Quite nice. teamrunkle (381) - Nova Scotia, CANADA - APR 10, 2017
