Bottle @ RBWG 2016. Thanks for sharing, Ferris. Cloudy straw colored beer with some white foam. Pretty heavy yeast, spice, and florals to the aroma. Honeysuckle, maybe. There’s some sweet orange and maybe even a touch of peach. Has a slightly herbal flavor and bitterness. A bit of yeast and sourdough bread to the finish. Interesting stuff.

Bottle (750 ml) shared at tasting. Huge gusher. Hazy golden with a frothy white head leaving some lacing. Aroma is leathery and perfumy/floral with lots of chamomille, lemony notes and a bit of old rag. Taste is leathery and perfumy with, again, some chamomille and floral notes as well as herbal an lemony presence. Medium body. Medium carbonation. Herbal finish. One of their less interesting beer so far though it’s not bad except for the old rag notes. Too floral for my liking. Interesting leathery presence.

(Gusher!) Pours a clear pale golden with high rocky white head that leaves really nice lacing. Nose is of bandaid, leather and pepper. Really brett-forward. Taste is dry and features some nice cereals, fruits and more brett bandaid. Body is medium and carbonation medium-high. Fluffy/airy mouthfeel. A pretty good wild saison but nowhere near their best work.

Bottle 750ml. Pours golden with low-medium white head. Some lacing. Aroma is of flowers, fruits, camomille, saison yeast. Taste is of flowers, fruits, bretts, old rags, camomille, saison yeast. Palate: Light-medium body. Soft carbonation. Overall: Good, flowery. Tasty saisonish action.

czar (9430) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - FEB 1, 2016
pours cloudy golden with a creamy reviving white head, creamy lacing. soft leathery citrusy bretts, lemon juice without any form of tartness, low phenolic levels, lots of floral notes, watermelon, metallic bugs. bright carbonation, light body - watery; dry very herbal finish. nice but not outstanding like sone of their other saisons/sours.

b3shine (9150) - Indiana, USA - JAN 31, 2016
750 ml bottle to taster. Looks okay; a very cloudy dark apricot with white head that steadily dissipates into bubbly lacing. A bit of very fine black sediment as well. Smells yeasty alongside a floral and clove presence. Tastes like it smells, but more bitter from the wildflower. Mouthfeel is medium-bodied. An underwhelming example of the style.

Hazy gold pour with thin white head. Aroma is floral, vanilla, light oaky notes, soft bretty notes. Taste is tart, bready, funky, citrusy. Palate is med light bodied with good carbonation. Not bad.
