Keg at The Canalhouse, Nottingham (Castle Rock) A clear deep golden colour with a thin white head. Aroma of orange marmalade, grapefruit, resin, some nuttiness, subtle apricot and slight herbal hops. Taste of orange, grapefruit, resin, some peach, slight caramel, a little apricot and subtle herbal hops. Medium bodied and an oily texture. A bittersweet, caramelly, herbal hop bitterness in the finish. Very marmaladey at first with a lot of citrus and herbal hops then mellowed out to come to a syrupy (but in a good way) caramelly goodness in the end. Enjoyed this, unlike most DIPA that it remains drinkable throughout without been too overbearing. minutemat (6373) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - OCT 9, 2016

On draught at The University Club, Oxford. Hazy gold with white head. I got an odd rubbery note to this at the start, resinous with a spruce like character, quite heavy on the palate. I didn’t really get the citrus. A bit heavy for me. Borup (16045) - Albertslund, DENMARK - OCT 7, 2016
