Cloudy straw colour with massive head on pouring. Fruity banana aroma and flavour. Thin like a lager but with plenty if character

fonefan (51593) - VestJylland, DENMARK - JUN 11, 2017

Can 330ml.

[ As Fourpure Skyliner ].
Unclear light to medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, pale malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, wheat, sweet malt, pale malt, sweet yeast, sugary. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20161130]

An American Wheat bear that poured from a can a cloudy straw blonde with a large foamy white head that was soon gone. Nose is big wheat yeast and bubblegum. Very spritzy looking when poured but a bit lacklustre in the mouth. Flavours are as nose with hints of banana. This bubblegum blonde should be renamed "Sandy Olson" from Grease.

peponi (2049) - Strzelce Wielkie, POLAND - MAR 3, 2017
Aroma: malty and lemon grass, cloves.
Appearance: hazy straw color and white head.
Taste: cloves, phenols, lemon grass, wheat, rather dry.
Palate: low body and medium carbonation.
Overall: An average wheat ale, quite bland.

Tap @ the brewery. Almost clear light yellow. Sour and fruity nose. Wheat and some banana and citrus. Rather flat flavour. Light body, ok palate. An acceptable wheat.

ElDesmadre (3630) - Mikołów, POLAND - DEC 27, 2016
Can. Yellow fruit, banana, pear, light spicy notes. Watery, slightly sweet. Mediocre.

Pours a cloudy yellow with an average head. Aroma of wheat, straw and banana. Flavour is much the same. An ok beer but probably wouldn’t seek it out again.

weordie (1429) - Tyne & Wear, ENGLAND - SEP 27, 2016
Pours yellow with a decent head. The aroma is bubblegum and Bananas like most hefe but just less. Flavour again is like a hefe but less. It’s like a hefe light

imdownthepub (15395) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - SEP 21, 2016
Keg at The Pavement Vaults, York. Cloudy pale gold with white head. There is a banana aroma to this which follows on into the flavour, sweetish pear drop notes but also rather a harsh, tinny, metallic note in the malts. Not really my thing.
