COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Hard Pear Cider is a dryer, soft bodied cider which is light and refreshing. It’s an excellent candidate in situations where you might consider a dry Gewurtztraminer or champagne. Excellent with fruits, cheeses and salads, this light beverage is also a great brunch choice. Try it with orange juice for a "Fox-mosa".
Note: Do NOT confuse with the Pacific Pear Cider!

Very pale yellowish green liquid. Small diminishing white head. Sweet scents, with pears, circus peanuts, esters and resins. Some sweet wine “qualities”. Pears and brie in the front. More candy-like in the middle. Reminds me of a cheap sparking white wine. 8/10

"nice dry, crisp pear essence in the aroma and flavor. one dimensional, as are most ciders, but it’s a nice taste...nothing more or less. this is one i’d have again."

One of the best ciders I’ve tasted. Doesn’t go down strong like other ciders and taste better than most ciders on the market.

Tastes of pears and smells like ape juice. A nice intro to cider. I'm still missing my strongbox though :)
