Clear medium pale golden orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, sour malt, light hoppy, mustard. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a long to average duration, citrus notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
500ml bottle, BBE May 2012, drunk in December 2011.Mid gold colour. Soft honeyish aroma. Just a dab of tangy hop there. Mellow on the palate with moderate bitterness. Malt backing is quite biscuity. Finishes quite dry. Mouthfeel is fairly weighty for the style. Not the most zingy golden ale but decent enough.

A golden orange beer with a weak white head. a light hoppy nose with some biscuity malt in the background.
