UPDATED: SEP 6, 2011 Tasted at the "Festibière de Québec" , the nose is more fruity than the pilsner that I’m use to. Good grain taste, very refreshing.

Bright yellow with a little carbonation and fluffy white head. Fruity aroma: apple, white grape and lilac flora. Flavor starts bittersweet and ends on a bitter note. Mouthfeel is a bit heavier than a typical pils but very enjoyable. Overall very good!

UPDATED: JUN 12, 2015 On tap at Buvette Scott. Clear gold pour with nice white head that quickly collapses. Aroma is nice and grainy, fresh crusty bread, very light leafy hops. Taste is grainy, lightly sweet, light caramel. Palate is light bodied with light-med carbonation. Good.

341ml bottle. Clear golden yellow with a thin foamy white head. Flavors are pils malt, citrus, corn, cooked vegetables and alcohol with herbal and fruity notes. Medium body, soft carbonation, oily texture.

Correcte !

Bottle during a social event. Pours a clear golden with a thin white head that leaves good lacing. Nose is of pilsener malt and herbs but more on the cereal side than anything. Taste is more crackery malt, dry and moderately bitter. Body is medium, carbonation medium-high and texture oily. A fine option I must say!

Bottle (341 ml). Slightly hazy bright golden with a medium fully lasting white head and good lacing. Aroma is of Welch grape juice (Fred82 is right), pils malt, herbal notes and vegetables. Taste isn’t much better with Welch grape juice, corn, vegetables, herbal notes and light citrus. Medium body. Soft carbonation. Sticky unpleasant finish. Outside of the appearance, there’s nothing good in that beer. Looking at the ratings, the tap version seems to be much better, but this one is really undrinkable. Drain pour. I have no clue if it’s a freshness problem, but the bottle was bought last week and there’s no bottling date (is it that hard to stamp a date on the label?) on the bottle so there’s no way I will revisit.

Accessible. Cheers!
