This is a great Spring/Summer beer: it’s what I’d want to drink while sitting around the yard in my shorts if I had time to sit around the yard in my shorts. Remarkably dry, seltzer mouthfeel with just the right amount of citrusy bitterness. Lagerboy (2221) - British Columbia, CANADA - MAR 7, 2015
12 fl oz bottle. Mostly clear yellow orange, lotsa fine floaties, mostly lasting white froth. Sweet bready malty aroma and taste, somewhat bland, some grape and citrus, faint Noble influence. Softer than average carbonation, light bodied, low hopped. MLF (More Lagerboy Friendly) Travlr (25250) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - NOV 3, 2014
Draft. Clear yellow color, small white head. Aroma of lightly floral straw and grass. Taste has lightly peppery hay. Plain. AmEricanbrew (6878) - Same Trailer, Different Park, Louisiana, USA - OCT 24, 2014
Bottle@ trailer. Clear golden color with fleeting ivory head. Peppery, herbal, skunky hop, dusty pale malt aromas. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Salty, peppery, light grainy pale malt flavors with some wet grass____light sulfur taste to finish---- degbert (1774) - Austin, Texas, USA - AUG 19, 2014
Bottle. Pours a hazy gold with a bright white, discrete, fine-grained head. Nose is...weird; grain, yellow mustard (?!?), creamed corn, and light floral notes. Sweet and corny up front, with very little bite or backbone behind it; it’s just really flaccid and unexciting. Finish is almost nonexistent. Americans -- even German-Americans -- just shouldn’t make Kolsch.

Slightly hazy yellow pour, quick head. Nose is lightly kilned malt with a hint of citrus. Sweet. Middle is some biscuit and grass. Finish is grain and spritzer? Not sure about this. Sargergy (8) - Plano, Texas, USA - MAY 31, 2014 does not count
Bottle - good German-inspired flavor and appearance. Aroma is full. Palate is pretty balanced. TXBadger (2811) - Dallas, Texas, USA - MAY 28, 2014
Pours a clear golden color with white head. Mainly just cereal grain on the nose; follows onto the palate. An average kolsch. jhamp9 (1887) - Corinth, Texas, USA - MAR 24, 2014
Slightly hazy gold pour with a decent white head. Aroma is floral, grains, and a bit grassy. Taste is honey, grainy, a bit floral, and faint grassy hops. Light and easy to drink. Refreshing beer. TheBLP (7) - Texas, USA - JAN 24, 2014 does not count
Delicious. Very light and full of flavor. Decent after taste that does not linger.
