12 oz. bottle. Pours a medium, well retained, off white head, with minimal lacing, over a clear yellow effervescent body......nose is Pils malts, light noble hops.....taste is lightly sweet with light pear, apple tones, mild malts, becoming dry, with mild finishing bitterness.....mouth feel, light body, no alcohol, moderate carbonation. This is a relatively poor representation of the style. The hops are quite mild in both aroma and flavor. Perhaps additional or a change in hops would improve. The malts are quite gentle. Net, net it is a bit too close to being a Pale Lager rather than a Pilsner. BJCP 5/3/10/4/6

pale yellow pour, no head. Nose is vaguely Euro hops and malt. Middle is light roasted Pilsner malt, floral back notes. Finish is slightly bitter, but not quite dry.

jhamp9 (1917) - Corinth, Texas, USA - JUN 18, 2015
Clear gold pour with a nice white head. Aroma is honey, bread, and grassy hops. Taste follows with a slight bitterness to balance it out. Light and crisp. Very refreshing. Nice beer.

SHIG (4963) - Wasilla, Alaska, USA - MAR 24, 2015
Draft at brewery tour: Poured a golden with white head. Aroma was light grain. Taste was crisp fresh grain with that light bitter I grew found of in my Germany days. Solid pils!

Mora2000 (6158) - McKinney, Texas, USA - FEB 24, 2013
On tap at the Holy Grail. Golden yellow with a white head. The aroma is full of grain and biscuit malt with a hint of hops. The flavor is similar. I get a light amount of bitterness which is accompanies by some toffee and biscuit malt. As the beer warms I also get some light brown sugar in the flavor. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. A very nice traditional pilsner.

AmEricanbrew (6878) - Same Trailer, Different Park, Louisiana, USA - JUN 23, 2012
Had this fresh on tap earlier this spring. Crisp clean pils malt aroma and flavors with earthy spicy hoppage. Clear golden body--very good pils

Had on Draft @ the Gingerman before the marathon .. . Pours a gold bar gold, light sticky lacing .. . bitter bitterness, with a corn/caramel sweetness- quite balanced .. . easy to down, a non thinker and quite cool .. . would have liked a slightly more cutting bitterness to it but .. . dad! ladybird’s scooting again!

kwoeltje (2233) - Manchester, Missouri, USA - APR 7, 2011
(draught - Ginger man Dallas) slightly hazy gold. Mild malt aroma. Flavor was mild malt. Lacked the crispness I’d expect from a pils.

Rosebud butternuts (2396) - Denton, Texas, USA - MAR 27, 2011
On tap at a the holy grail. Poured yellow with a nice lasting white head. Aroma and flavor were sweet, grainy, and light citrus. A very crisp and refreshing pils that couldn’t be done better.
