Bavarian Style Wheat Beer. This beer has a large popularity in particular in southern Germany. Using an original German yeast strain in the brewing process contributes to the natural fruity flavor of Banana, Orange and Cloves, giving it a outstanding refreshing taste. Our Wheat Beer comes unfiltered leaving all the natural goodness in it.

Wheat beer light. The aroma was faint wheat and citrus. The color was a light golden but clear. Not what I would expect from a Hefeweizen. It almost looked filtered even though they say it wasnt. Flavors where wheat, lemon and maybe some clove but no banana as advertised. It was crisp and easy to drink but very lightweight. I know this brewery really tries to hold to particular Bavarian styles so it might be the reason Im not particularly fond of this version.

Picked up in Dallas. A typical "husky" wheat beer. Was hoping it would finish with more of a banana flavor than it did. Not my favorite.

Pixie stick nose with ripe soft fruit, pale yellow pour, white head comes and goes fairly quickly. Middle is soft wheat, little sweet, yeast, ripe mangoes and bananas. Finish is still sweet. Went well with pan fried tilapia.

Drunk from a shaker, some bubblegum in the initial taste, fades into a bit of banana. Solid beer. Very well done Texas.

Frisco, Tx - Market Street Grocery Store - 12 oz bottle. Slightly murky light golden pour, not much of a head. Aroma has some apricot fruitiness, a touch of bubble gum. Yeasty flavor, some bubble gum and banana flavoring, somewhat artificial tasting. Mouthfeel is slightly pasty,

It has a hazy gold color and a small frothy white head. The aroma is wheat, orange, clove and a slight banana nut bread note.

A modest head with a nice cloudy gold color. The aroma is modest, with some light fruity scent, with banana and wheat notes. The body is soft and creamy, with vanilla fruitiness. Flavor is about the same as the aroma.Overall i think its an above average wheat, not too shabby

Bottle: Hazy, yellow gold with a huge white head. Banana, clove aroma. Taste is sweet, wheat malt, banana, cloves. Nice body for such a light beer. A lot of flavour.

Bottle (thanks to blutt59). Banana, orange, clove, wheat malt aroma. Hazy golden yellow with insanely large head. Sweet banana, clove, and creamy wheat malt flavor. Mildly bitter herbal hay flavor. Nice.

Tap at Yard House in Houston. Clear golden pour with a smaller white head. Clove, yes, but also vegetal. This is pretty bad, actually.
