Bavarian Style Wheat Beer. This beer has a large popularity in particular in southern Germany. Using an original German yeast strain in the brewing process contributes to the natural fruity flavor of Banana, Orange and Cloves, giving it a outstanding refreshing taste. Our Wheat Beer comes unfiltered leaving all the natural goodness in it.

(Draft) Pours a cloudy golden body with a small white head. Aroma of wheat, fresh lemon, earthy, and light clove. Flavor of lemon, unfiltered wheat, and orange. A descent attempt for this new brewery. I look forward to their more experimental beers that they have planned.

12 oz bottle. From Rosebud butternuts. Vielen Dank Eric!
Cloudy yellow golden colour with a small white head. Wheat, mild yeast, mild fruitiness and some maltiness. The flavour is wheat, malt, yeast and fruits. There is some yeasty bitterness. Soft carbonation. A bit thin. Leaning towards Wheat Ale.

Hand bottle Cloudy, deeply golden ale with no head. The nose offers banana, pear, toffee and clove. Light-bodied with a skim-milk mouthfeel and gentle carbonation. The flavor is clean and thin while presenting nice notes of toffee and banana. Crisp, watery, refreshing finish. Sample provided by ericandersnavy!

Tap at Yard House in Houston. Clear golden pour with a smaller white head. Clove, yes, but also vegetal. This is pretty bad, actually.

Draft @ Fillmore Pub Plano. Hazy amber with a frothy head. Nice tart wheat, grainy, peppercorn spicy aroma. Smooth and full bodied. Nice mildly sweet flavors with cloves, yeasty tart wheat, and citrus fruits. A very tasty Hefe here. Really hit the spot on a 98* Mid June Dallas afternoon.

Bottle:   Dirty straw, little to no head, nor lacing.   Soft wheat and sulphur on the nose.   Smells a bit fartish.   Actually moreso Dank.   Moderately sweet mealiness up front.   No clove or banana to speak of.   To me it also has a faint bit of cod roe flavor to it, tart yet a little sweet.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Finishes not like a German Hefe... but more like a... yeah, I guess not like anything else.   Not like any German Wheat I have had.   Dont care to have again.   Thanks Bill!
