Bottle sample at a tasting at Levis place. Thanks Levis friend. Cloudy yellow. Aroma of graininess, vegetables, overripe fruits, a smoky note, a bit of spiciness. Slightly swetish flavor, with bread, yeast, graininess, some spiciness, fruitiness, and a vegetal touch. Quite light-bodied.

Sample at the brewpub (no lemon requested or offered): This beer pours a somewhat cloudy yellow color with a medium thin white head and very little lacing. Aroma of wheat and cloves. Light, clean body with equal parts wheat and banana flavor, albeit not in great amounts. The finish is clean and a little watery, with a wheaty flavor and a light clove aftertaste. Above average, but could be better.

Bottle Florida Craft Beer and Wing Fest 2012 Hazy straw-colored ale with a small, white head. The bouquet offers nuances of clove and banana with whispers of smoke and bubblegum. Light to medium-bodied and mildly creamy with prickly carbonation. The well-balanced, sufficiently bittered flavor presents overripe banana with a hint of clove and a rumor of acidity. Finishes crisp, lightly bitter and a tad dry. Well crafted and cleanly brewed. Simply not a favorite style of mine.

12oz bottle. Nearly totally clear yellow color. Thin white head. Decent lace. Medium body. Smooth, kind of crisp carbonation. Lightly dry finish. Vanilla, light banana, light spicy hefe flavors. Moderate sweet. Alright hefeweizen, despite being completely clear.

This draft brew from the brewery poured a head of bubbles that were and left behind a very hazy no visible carbonation dark yellow colored body and an excellent lacing. The mild aroma was malty banana and fruity. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish. The mild flavor contained notes of malt fruity banana wheat yeast and mild dough. A decent brew that I would consider buying again.
