Pours lightly golden with a white head.
Aroma is malty and grainy with a fair bit of sweet notes.
Taste is light, pale malts, watery. First part of the taste is like drinkin carbonated water. It’s followed by sweet and grainy flavors.
Watery texture, soft to medium carbonation, light body. Nuffield (4245) - Roseville, Minnesota, USA - JUL 8, 2014
Pours generic yellow with moderately light, fluffy foam. Has a noticeable, sweet aroma. The front is sweet in a way that I don’t mind; a little fruity. The finish turns sharply metallic and bitter, drier and grassy. Good at first, then bad. Can purchased in Skopje, Macedonia. TBone (18542) - Pori, FINLAND - JUN 10, 2012

Clear golden color, good white head, some lace. Strong iron in the nose, some sweet notes. Light to medium bodied., crisp carbonation. Quite tasteless, some metal, sweet vegetables. Industrial bulk but not horrible.

Simple and forgettable Discount pale beer. The price/quality ratio isn’t bad, compared to other cheap beers of the same category, the Askania is a fair choice. Not much more than that

Creamy head and of good duration. Limpid yellow color, discreet bubbly even if enough evanescent one. Light aroma of cereals, dreid grassy. Gaunt taste, little lively, pleasant bitter content, hardly perceivable alcohol. saxo (19569) - Højbjerg, Aarhus, DENMARK - APR 25, 2009
