Cask via handpump at the Hand in Hand, Brighton on 30th May 2011. Hazy to cloudy copper with off white nonlacing foam ring. Sweet caramel malt aroma, main taste of caramel malt - also metallic and a ginger touch. Citric finish, and again rather on the sweet side. Slightly saline light textured mouthfeel. Bit of a mixed bag this one.

Cask conditioned handpump Prince George Brighton. A brown beer with an off-white head and lacing. Cereal notes throughout but also grainy nutty flavours. Nice sweetness. Lots of flavour and really likeable. Good stuff.
