750ml bottle pours a hazy, bright gold with a ring of white head. Nose has lemon, grass, some soap, mild perfume. Flavor is solid, lemony, grassy, gristy too, soapy, a little chamomile. Slick, oily finish. ICEatALAMO (1349) - Troy, Michigan, USA - NOV 14, 2014
Draft at brewery. The pour is very light yellow. The aroma is mostly sour, light and airy. The taste is much mellower than I was expecting. Nice mix of sour and fruit.

Bottle from the source. Crystal clear golden color, thin white head with decent retention. Aroma of funky, dusty grapefruit. Taste is very earthy citrus, hay, straw. Nice. jcwattsrugger (12420) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - SEP 16, 2013
on tap-thin white-hazy yellow/gold. A-banana, wheat/lt malt, hint of clove. T-clove-spice, lemon, wheat/lt malt. ApisAles (1575) - Greenbelt, Maryland, USA - SEP 1, 2012
Not sure what iteration of this beer I tried, but it was on tap at the restaurant in August 2012. Hazy yellow pour, thin white head. Aroma is slightly Belgian yeasty, with a little bit of malt. Super mild aroma and the flavor is very mild too. Mild is probably the best descriptor for this one. Not bad.

On tap 11/30/10: Pours a slightly hazy orange bronze with a creamy off-white head. Has a lightly sweet biscuity nose with some light fruity notes and orange citrus. Starts with average body and light malty sweetness with some mild coriander spice and a touch of tartness before a bittersweet finish. Could use more complexity, but is fairly drinkable. argo0 (14127) - Washington DC, USA - NOV 21, 2010
Draft. Small white head atop cloudy orange body. Aroma is moderately sweet, orange, lemon, some ginger, light pepper. Taste is medium sweet, orange/lemon, some pepper. Light-medium body, lightly acidic, creamy. kbutler1 (1381) - North Carolina, USA - NOV 5, 2010
Growler. Pours a lightly hazed straw color with a thin layered head that colors around the glass. Banana, citrus, spice, and almost an apple aroma in the nose. Light mouthfeel. Great tasting and very easy drinking. Sweet green apple taste along with a very mild bitterness in the end. Citrus and almost some zest with spice. lamas (1639) - Washington DC, USA - OCT 24, 2010
Draft on 10/21/10. Arrived at the table a strangely murky glowing gold color with a skim of a tan head. A pleasant aroma of sour lemons, tart oranges, citrus rinds, a touch of grapefruit, yeasty funk, and a bit of spiciness. Goes down medium-bodied and kinda creamy here and there. Some sweet honey flavors upfront in the taste. A mildly drying biscuity maltiness follows. Plenty of tangy citrusy qualities at the end along with hints of spice. Not as funky as other saisons, but definitely a solid attempt at the style.
