Cask gravity at GBBF. It pours light hazy yellow - blonde with a quickly dissipating white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, juicy, tangy, white chocolate, stone fruits, earth, white bread, melon, apple and banana. The taste is dry, tangy, banana, foamy candy, apple pie, white chocolate and some booze with a warming alcohol though the finish. Full body, soft carbonation and oily mouth - feel. Rich and boozy. Not bad in small doses.

Cask at The Great British Beer Festival 2017, Kensington Olympia. Blonde like a Targatyen, with a nice aroma of spicy Belgian yeast. Really smooth and very quaffable. Has all the fruity and spicy flavours one would expect from a good Belgian blonde.

Hazy golden with white head. Spicy saison like aroma. Taste is similar, hint sweet, herbs, pepper, yeast and some grassy hop. Not bad with a sandwich but not too exciting by itself.

On tap at Franklin’s Restaurant, Brewery & General Store in Hyattsville, MD, part of a flight of 10. Appearance is clear, deep gold. Aroma is very candy like, with spices, citrus peels, and basic malt. Taste is pretty much the same as the aroma. Palate is medium. Overall, I enjoyed a sample of it, but I wouldn’t drink it over some of the other Franklins.
