COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This specialty stands out because of its aromatic and fresh Franziskaner Weissbier taste. Rich in vitamins and trace elements, this Weissbier is excellently suited as an isotonic thirst quencher. Brewed in accordance with the Bavarian Reinheitsgebot of 1516.

Franziskaner is all of my all-time favourites, so I was optimistic coming in here. Overall, it is pretty good. Good, familiar hefeweizen aroma and a lovely honey colours in the glass. Doesn’t reach that rich banana taste that the original does, but is still better than many. I would gladly drink this again.

500ml bottle. Pours with a cloudy ambe color and a nice white head. Very long lasting. Aroma of wheat, malt, yeast and hints of bananas. Taste follows the nose. Not my favourite low-alc beer.

500ml bottle from Tesco - Cloudy yellow body, big massive rocky white top. Nose is gentle wheat, a bit of clove. Taste is banana, clove, a bit too fizzy. Nice for a school night.

Bottle. Medium hazy amber color with fluffy white head. Aroma is bready, sweetish, some electrolytes. Taste is sweet, vitamalz. Medium carbonation. Not much better than these non-fermented brews from the Arab countries...

Light amber, hazy, thick heavy head. Smells wheat, malts, a bit of bananas. Medium body, Classy taste, bananas, spices, a bit of perfume. Great.

Bottle. Looks and smells like a Weizenbier should. Bananas, clove and yeast. It’s only missing that alcoholic oomph and the buzz. Pretty great for a low abv beer.
