Deep and dark colored, cloudy with yeast. Brewed with a darker roasted malt which adds some maltiness to the refreshing flavour of the Hefe-Weissbier.

It’s aroma is earthly with a mixture of caramel and dough. The head is light brown and is full bodied. The color is a light brown with some clouding. It has a pleasant taste reminiscent of cheese, caramel, and a sweet flavor. It is decent on the way down that is appealing to the palate.

A good malty, almost chocolatey drink. Very light fizz, but smooth overall. I love their standard brew and this too is really good.

Весьма специфичный вкус. Отчетливо ощущается черный хлеб. Имеется кислинка. Пиво достаточно питкое. Очень напоминает обычный домашний квас.

50 cl. bottle @ Home. Aroma: medium intense aromas of toasted malts, caramel, malts, grains, wheat, spices (maybe clove and much more subtle nutmeg). Hints of roasted malts, banana, caramel. Appearance: brown color, high hazyness. Very high head thickness and retention. Light brown head, creamy, made of assorted-sized bubbles ranging from tiny to big bubbles, mainly tiny. Low Brussels' lacing. Taste: medium sweetness, low bitterness, no sourness. Flavors of toasted malts, malts, grains, wheat, banana, spices. Hints of biscuit, bread crust, roasted malts. Balance is on the sweet side. Palate: medium body, watery-oily texture, low carbonation, quite long sweet finish of malts, toasted malts. Hints of roasted malts, banana, spices, bread crust, biscuit, caramel. A light acidic touch. Overall: quite pleasant aromas and flavors. Good beer. A lot of flavor. Maybe it could be improved adding more flavors of toasted malts, caramel, bread crust and more bitter hop flavors. A bit more of carbonation would be better. No hop flavors nor aromas. I couldn't find yeast aromas nor flavors.

Capa de espuma densa y amplia. Regusto amargo, con notas de pan y levadura. Final afrutado.

UPDATED: AUG 25, 2017 Pours chestnut brown and hazy. Brilliant retention. Nose is fruity with malty flavours. Taste is medium sweet and a slight tart finish. Rich taste with malty notes and a fine balance of yeasty taste notes. This beer is a perfect example of this style.
