Bottle. Head was thick off-white and long lasting. Color was golden and the ber is cloudy as Weiss beer is. The initial taste was a little citric and the fruity with some sweetnes. Aftertaste primarily fruity. This beer have a light body, lively carbonation. This is a perfect and well tasting thirsteliminator!

About the best beer that most people are willing to drink, this is a safe standby at many crappy bars. Aroma is citrusy spicy, and effervescent. Taste is same, and has a hint of yeastiness.

Excelent beer. Pours well in the glass. Nice color and flavor. Just enough citrus to be noticable.

UPDATED: JUL 11, 2008 Friendly yeast aroma with a hint of orange lemon citrus. Beautiful carbonation in my three stooges glass, the whole brew appeared fluffy. Initial slight bitter bite, but no apparent bitter aftertaste on the finish.

Typical hefeweizen. Hazy orange body, medium off-white head. Banana aroma. Banana flavour. Tart and thick don’t go together as nicely as you might think.

Huge, light-yellow dense head over pale orange beer with a mossy shine. Lots of banana- and other fruity esters, a bit soapy. Place for surprise in the taste: apart, and in fact dominating the banana/citrus flavours, there’s a wry, nearly bitter overlying flavour. Maybe a bit walnutpeel-like, but nowhere that intense. Warming up, converting to more usual flavours with a marked wheat presence. Wheat slickness, medium bodied. Not really bad, in a sort of indifferent way. I might have accorded another point, weren’t it for the can it came out of. The day that Burgundy fills cans with Romanée Conti , I’ll accept cans.

Pours very cloudy orangy/yellow with a very thick bubbly white head. Strong aromas of clove, banana, yeast, and some other spices. Flavor is a little off: very yeasty, spicy, hint of banana and some other fruit, and fairly metallic. Lots of carbonation, too much. Palate is medium, slightly fruity and spicy, but mostly metallic and yeast. Carbonation hides the flavor too much, and it’s way too metallic. Not a bad brew, but not very good either.
