50 cl bottle from Swedish "Systembolaget" on March 24.
Very hazy, clear yellow color, very large white creamy head. Smells typical from wheat, the cirtus and almost banana fruity scent. Frsh and sour taste, feels like a perfect summer beer to clench your thirst in the sun. Works in winter too of course :)

Bottle. Hazy gold with a huge white head. Nose of sour citrus, bready yeast, dry hay, and faint cloves. Terrific mouthfeel, very smooth carbonation, with flavors of yeast, bread, and sour/tart lemon and orange citrus. Quick, dry finish, very refreshing. I really enjoyed this one!

A really soild hefeweizen. Pours a really beautiful orange golden haze. Head is really thick, has nice flowerly hints of clove, banana, and citrus flavor. A great springtime brew.

Poured into my Hofbrau weiss stick. It poured a pumpkin orange hue with a thick ultra-white head. The smell is all spice, bananas, and heavy clove. It has a pungent after aroma. On the first taste, it’s slightly bitter, but it mellows out into a smooth light banana, with the aformentioned clove and coriander. The mouthfeel is very smooth, but still crisp. The beer never became limp. It was a little bitter for me, but all and all, a damn fine beer.

Golden body with lasting white head that leaves small laces; Small citrus nose with a little clove; Balanced body to the acidy side, great carbonation, buttery fell that extends into the finish which is nice and long, a little watery, contains citrus, yeast and clove.

500 ml bottle Light hazy brown. Banana and yeasty aromas. Soft and thick mouthfeel. High prickling feel from the carbonation. Little flavour. Dry watery aftertaste. Only a little bitterness. There are better hefe-weizens out there.

50 cl bottle. Yeast tha bottom. Cloudy yellow colour with a great white head. Nice aroma of banana, yeast and a lot of bread. Also nice flavour of wheat with some sourness. Very drinkable, one of the best hefe-weissen I had, so far.

Bilzmoude (19) - Ferndale, Michigan, USA - MAR 1, 2006
Bananas and citrus. Smells fantastic! What a great smelling weissbier! Pale in color with slight clouds... an almost white head that diminishes quickly. Tastes just like a German wheat should, with a slight, yeasty finish.
