Aroma consists of cereal notes with a hay background. Produced a fluffy, pillowy-white head that quickly settles into the hazy-golden beer. Web-type lacing appears when tipped to the lips. Absolutely perfect balance in the taste!! (Well, Germans are the masters of the art). An ever so slight sweetness that dances perfectly with the cereal aroma that lingers in the nose. Medium-bodied hefeweizen with a slightly creamy texture. Lively carbonation (hard to view due to the haziness) that is evident on the palate. There is also just the right amount of acidity and alcohol that is made aware in the mouth. Finishes long, smooth, and refreshingly....... That monk on the label knows what he’s doing!!!!

Disigt orangefärgad med vitt skum med vitt skum. Doft av skumbanan och koriander. Söt och ganska klassisk veteöl.

Among my favorite Weizen. Has a very distinct banana flavor to it, quite typical, but I find this to be the one qith the strongest flavor on that end. Therefore it is perfect for a Banana-Weizen mixer, which is not everybody's cup, but certainly popular in some regions. Do like it (with or wihtout a banana juice shot)!

I've seen bottles of this in supermarkets for years and years. I’ve never really been a massive fan of weissbeir but I figured I should probably try this variety out. It is much better than I thought, although it is almost “chewy”, for lack of a better way of putting it (something I have experienced with weissbeirs before). Bananery, fluffy and tasty.

Butelka. Wygląd - biało-złoty kolor, zamglone, z dodać konkretna, średniooczkową, szara pianą. Aromat - konkretne banany, trochę goździków, pszenica, lekka przyprawowość i trochę gumy balonowej. Dobry, klasyczny weizen.

Bottle shared by commonshawn and consumed during a day of college football. Consumed in a Belgian snifter style glass. Unfiltered appearance with plenty of murk to it. Lighter orange color with visible yeast. Nose is heavy on the banana with hints of traditional hefe spices (coriander). Right away you can understand why this hefeweizen is consistently in the highest rated of the style. Plenty of banana with the undercurrent of slight yeast funk and coriander, maybe clove lead spices. Hard to find fault with this effort. Great finish.

Yellow cloudy beer, standar carbonation small white head that dissipate quickly. At nose it has several banana, floral notes, and honey ones. At palate medium body with a rather sweet flavor but good overall balance with a slight and persistent bitterness, with a very clear finish and aftertaste.

UPDATED: SEP 27, 2017 Bottle. Hazy amber color. White head. Taste is sour-acidic and sweet. Aroma of copper and banana. High but appropriate carbonation. Typical but good Weizen.
