Büchsla: Hazy, orangey coloured, big loose yellowish head, that slowly collapses; herbal hops, fruity yeast and some toasty malt in the mainly dry nose; mild to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied, but quite soft; slightly lingering malty and herbal-hoppy finish. Nice brew, but the better ones come from Franconia...

Murky gold color with a big head. Aroma grainy, bready, with a note of lemony yeast. Taste full and a bit sweet. Grainy, doughy, reminds me a bit of a sweet pastry.
